During the session,  the aura is cleansed, past bonds broken or residues of broken fields are repaired and rewebbed.  Whatever is needed is done with reiki, pranic or seicheim tools.

Guided Meditations:  Meditation is recognized as a way to bring peace and well being to your mind, body and spirit.  It helps to calm nerves and blood pressure, as well as provide a tool to set your goals for the day in a positive focus. Group meditations are offered as well as private sessions (by phone or face-to-face).

Learn the self healing technique of Reiki:  Reiki can be learned by anyone and will enhance  your own intuitiveness. Classes are offered for Reiki I, II and III at Rainbow from Heaven.
